How to read the results

Monthly payment is what the carrier quoted for the amount, term, and health level you selected, paid each month. Rate class is the underwriting tier the quote assumes—the carrier confirms it after underwriting. Exam says whether the carrier typically requires, might require, or doesn't require a medical exam. A.M. Best shows the carrier's financial stability rating.
